在目前激烈的国际竞争中,需求大批有创造性、复合型、掌握多种学科知识的高素质人才。在这种情况下,传统的人才培养模式已经不能适应当今社会对专业人才的需要。本文分析了以就业为导向的专业人才培养建议措施,诸如适当拓宽专业设置口径,增强人才的适应性;活化专业设置方向,实现人才培养模式多样化;恰当选择专业设置时间,注重基础教育,等等相关看法及建议。
In the current fierce international competition, a large number of creative, complex, multi-disciplinary knowledge of high-quality talent needs. Under such circumstances, the traditional mode of personnel training can no longer meet the needs of professionals in today’s society.
