美术家故居的保护与开发利用是一项具有深远意义的重要工程,南京曾经是中华民国的首都,所以存有许多中国近现代美术名家及文化名人故居。本选题试图通过对近现代南京美术家故居的实地考察,分析南京地区美术家故居的保护与开发利用现状,并参照北京、上海对名人故居保护与开发的先进经验,探讨研究关于南京美术家故居保护与开发利用的对策。
The protection and utilization of the former residence of artists is an important project of far-reaching significance. Nanjing used to be the capital of the Republic of China. Therefore, there are many former houses of art masters and cultural celebrities in modern and contemporary China. This topic tries to analyze the status quo of the protection and development of the former residence of the artist in Nanjing through the field investigation of the former residence of the modern Nanjing artist and with reference to the advanced experience of the protection and development of celebrities in Beijing and Shanghai, Countermeasures for the protection and development of the former residence.
