我站有一台丰收-27型轮式拖拉机,在工作中突然熄火。驶驾员以为油路中进了空气,于是打开放气螺钉,掀动膜片式输油泵的手泵杆,未发现空气排出。起动发动机,果然可以运转,但行驶不到100米,再次熄灭。反复几次,都是如此。后将车拖回农机站,拆下燃料供给系统的主要机件,才发现是膜片式输油泵与偏心轮接触的摇臂折断了。摇臂折断时,膜片式输油泵停止工作,油路被切断。当掀动手泵杆时,输油泵又使燃油充满油路。因此,发动机可工作一会儿,燃油用尽又熄火。
