弹性挡圈(如图1)是二件式汽车车轮锁挡圈合一的关键零件。它是异形断面的圆环形开口零件。材料为16Mn 热轧型钢。主要技术要求有:1.端面不平度、椭圆度不大于1.5毫米;2.安装在轮网上后开口尺寸为4~(±2)毫米;具有较好弹性。
Retaining ring (Figure 1) is a key part of a two-piece car wheel lock ring. It is a circular cross-section of the opening parts. Material for the 16Mn hot-rolled steel. The main technical requirements are: 1. End unevenness, ovality is not greater than 1.5 mm; 2. Installed on the wheel network after the opening size of 4 ~ (± 2) mm; with good flexibility.
