以人为本是医院管理中的核心理念,其中主要包括将病人作为管理的中心和将医务人员作为管理的根本。要想处理好医务人员和患者之间的关系,就应该将以人为本的理念融入到医院管理当中,让医务人员更好的为患者提供服务。所以在具体的工作和实践过程中,医务人员应该树立以人为本的管理理念,做好医院管理的实践工作,这样才能构建出和谐的医患关系。
People-oriented hospital management is the core concept, which mainly includes the patient as the management center and the medical staff as the fundamental management. To handle the relationship between medical staff and patients, people-centered philosophy should be integrated into hospital management so that medical staff can better serve their patients. Therefore, in the specific work and practice, medical staff should establish a people-oriented management philosophy, do a good job in hospital management practice, so as to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
