为了调动各级工会财务人员的积极性,切实收好工会经费,河北水年县总工会制订了财会人员奖罚办法,并自1993年元月起试行,其主要内容如下:1.县工会财务干部要把主要精力放在抓经费收入上,并做到按时报表,配合有关部门合理、有效地使用工会经费。年经费收入18万元以下,只发给财务有关部门干部85%的工资,不发年度奖金;收入18—19万元给其发全部工资;收入超19万元以上的部分,按5%给财务干部提取奖金。
