Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shengmai injection combined with dopamine in the treatment of septic shock. Methods 55 cases of septic shock in our hospital from December 2006 to December 2009 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group of patients given conventional treatment: antibiotics to control infection, blood volume, correct acidosis, maintain water and electrolyte balance, given dopamine. The observation group was given intravenous infusion of 60ml Shengmai Injection and 250ml of 5% glucose injection on the basis of the control group, once a day for 7 days. Results The total effective rate of two groups of patients, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of Shengmai injection can significantly improve the symptoms of shock in patients with conventional anti-infective shock therapy. The clinical effect is significant and is worthy of clinical reference.
