作为教育工作者,应该认识到:教学质量是动态、发展的观念,具有社会和时代的特征。当代大学生的思想状况发生了很大变化,特别是高等学校成人教育学生来源广,教育形式多样化,这些特点形成了高等学校成教学生管理难度大的状况。各成人高等学校亟待提升大学生代表座谈会的质量,这是高等学校提高教育教学管理质量,实施教学督导的策略之一。本文提出了一些解决问题、完善管理的对策。
As educators, we should realize that the quality of teaching is a dynamic and developmental concept with characteristics of society and the times. The thinking conditions of contemporary college students have undergone great changes. Especially the wide range of adult education students in colleges and universities and the diversified forms of education have formed a difficult situation for the management of adult students in colleges and universities. All the adult colleges and universities urgently need to improve the quality of the symposium of college students, which is one of the strategies for colleges and universities to improve the quality of education and teaching management and to implement teaching supervision. This article put forward some solutions to problems and perfect management.
