With the development of the health industry and the deepening of health reforms, the financial management of the health plan has become increasingly important. The implementation of a new accounting system and the strengthening of accounting and internal auditing have put new demands on financial cadres. Raising the level of financial management, carrying out “double-increasing and double-segment” activities, tightening financial discipline, and promoting the development and rational use of health resources are an important part of current reforms to rectify and deepen reforms. To promote the implementation of these measures, the China Health Economics Training Center is entrusted by the Planning and Finance Department of the Ministry of Health and will hold a “Health Service” in June this year.
