目的探讨环氧合酶2(Cox2)蛋白在远癌胃组织、胃癌原发灶及胃癌淋巴结转移病灶的表达情况及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法测定6 0例原位灶胃癌标本、相应的6 0例远癌胃组织标本及其中3 6例胃癌淋巴结转移灶的石蜡标本的Cox2蛋白表达情况。比较Cox2蛋白在上述各组中的表达情况。结果与远癌胃黏膜表达比较,Cox2蛋白在胃癌原发灶中表达均明显上调(P=0.000);淋巴结转移病灶中的Cox2蛋白明显高于原位病灶(P=0.0 3)。结论Cox2蛋白高表达参与了胃癌的发病过程,并可能促进了胃癌的淋巴结转移。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cyclooxygenase 2 (Cox2) protein in distal gastric cancer, primary gastric cancer and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Cox2 protein in 60 specimens of gastric cancer in situ, corresponding 60 specimens of gastric cancer and 36 specimens of lymph node metastasis from gastric cancer. Cox2 protein expression in each of the above groups was compared. Results The expression of Cox2 protein was significantly up-regulated in primary gastric cancer (P = 0.000) compared with the gastric mucosa far from gastric cancer. The expression of Cox2 in lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in situ (P = 0.0 3). Conclusion The high expression of Cox2 is involved in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer and may promote the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
