本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)和差热分析(DSC)对国产CTA中空反渗透丝的结构进行了研究。结果表明GTA中空丝的反渗透性能与膜体的微孔结构密切相关。CTA中空丝内的非冻结水含量越高,则膜体的孔隙率越高,膜的产水量越高。
In this paper, the structure of domestic CTA hollow reverse osmosis wire was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential thermal analysis (DSC). The results show that the reverse osmosis properties of GTA hollow filaments are closely related to the microporous structure of the membrane. The higher the non-freezing water content in the CTA hollow filaments, the higher the porosity of the membrane and the higher the water production of the membrane.
