宇通建设投资集团有限公司成立于2013年,旗下拥有南京宇通教育投资有限公司、宇通建设投资集团南京置业有限公司、海通建设集团有限公司、南京华宇建设股份有限公司等4家实力雄厚的子公司,集团及下属子公司注册资本累计约7.5亿元,总资产约10亿元。目前,集团下属子公司拥有工业与民用建筑施工总承包壹级资质、市政公用施工总承包壹级资质,以及装饰装修、钢结构、幕墙、地基与基础等多项贰级施工资质。

At present, the subsidiaries of the Group have the first-class qualification of general contracting of industrial and civil construction, the first-class qualification of general contracting of municipal public construction, and a number of second-class construction qualifications such as decoration, steel structure, curtain wall, foundation and foundation.
