为探讨硒化学诱癌剂所致胃粘膜上皮细胞损伤的防护作用,本文应用液闪法观察了不同浓度亚硒酸钠对MNNG诱导的胎胃粘膜上皮细胞非程序DNA合成的影响。结果表明,加入亚硒酸钠10-5M和10M-6浓度组由MNNG诱导的非程序DNA合成水平(81.7±8.5,51.0±6.0)显著低于对照组(179.0±12.8)(P<0.05~0.01),而10-7M浓度组(125.0±11.9)与对照组相比差别则无显著意义(P>0.05)。以上结果提示,一定浓度的亚硒酸钠对MNNG诱导的胃粘膜上皮细胞损伤有保护作用。
In order to explore the protective effect of selenium chemotherapeutic agent on gastric mucosal epithelial cell injury, the effects of different concentrations of sodium selenite on MNNG-induced non-procedural DNA synthesis of gastric mucosal epithelial cells were observed by liquid-flash method. The results showed that MNNG induced non-programmed DNA synthesis (81.7 ± 8.5, 51.0 ± 6.0) in 10-5M and 10M-6 concentrations of sodium selenite was significantly lower than that in control group (179 .0 ± 12.8) (P <0.05 ~ 0.01), but there was no significant difference between the 10-7M concentration group (125.0 ± 11.9) and the control group (P> 0.05 ). The above results suggest that certain concentrations of sodium selenite have a protective effect on MNNG-induced gastric mucosal epithelial cell injury.
