A study co-authored by the School of Life Science and Technology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Nutrition and the National Genome Southern Center shows that good genes plus bad foods are more harmful to health and cause obesity and various generalized chronic inflammations, causing diabetes and coronary arteries heart
