一看到殷九龙的作品,就给人一种明朗的愉悦感。亮蓝、明董、金色的波点、条纹和几何图形,出现在了陶瓷制品上,简洁、干净又有趣味,传统器型仿佛得到了解放。传统与当下,不是互相妥协与利用。而审美也不应该只是存在于某种特殊的体制里。最为传统的青花工艺,在殷九龙的艺术尝试中,打开了另一种可能性。UP:从大学毕业到现在,你一直扎根在成都,但成都尤其在前几年并不是设计和艺术的前沿城市。有没有考虑去北上广或者国外发展?殷九龙:其实不是故意选择。毕业后很多人让我去北京、上海、深圳发展,但对我来说,总是对世界有着更多的好奇和探索欲,
When I saw the works of Yin Jiulong, I gave a clear sense of pleasure. Bright blue, Ming Dong, golden dots, stripes and geometric figures, appeared in the ceramic products, concise, clean and interesting, the traditional device seems to have been liberated. Tradition and the moment, not compromise and use each other. And aesthetic should not only exist in a special system. The most traditional blue-and-white craft opens up another possibility in Yin Jiulong’s artistic endeavor. UP: You have been rooted in Chengdu since graduating from college. However, Chengdu was not the forefront of design and art, especially in previous years. Have you considered going to Canton or abroad? Yin Kowloon: In fact, not a deliberate choice. After graduation, many people let me go to Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, but to me, I always have more curiosities and explorations in the world.
