2013年5月2～8日,由中国铸造协会张立波常务副理事长、顾问徐人瑞及协会工作人员等一行6人组成的调研组对辽宁省辽南地区八市区县镇(辽中、辽阳、营口、大连金州、大连庄河、丹东大孤山、丹东东港、丹东)的22家铸造企业和当地政府及铸造协会进行了企业现状和发展、地区铸造产业规划、以及落实工信部认定的高炉企业整改落实情况进行了走访和调研。
