三价锰的化学分析,目前应用的有容量法。三价锰离子的克分子吸光系数远较七价锰离子的小,我们用此做高含量锰的光度法分析。分析方法称取试样0.5克①,于150~200毫升锥形瓶中,加磷酸16毫升,加热溶解,继续加热蒸发至液面平静,冒微烟②。稍冷,加高氯酸5毫升,加热氧化③,从显色时起计时1分45秒。稍冷,移入100毫升量瓶中,以磷酸(5:95)洗涤并稀释至刻度,混匀。用521型高含量比色计,530(?)m 波长,1厘米比色皿,测定吸光度。校正曲线的绘制以接近试样牌号的不同含量锰的标准样品或锰的标准溶液,按分析方法制备,测其吸光度。
