本文叙述了25CrMoTi抗H_2S石油套管工业试验的结果。初步讨论了抗H_2S钢快速热处理的可能性,及抗H_2S用管的金相组织问题。指出:抗H_2S用钢进行快速热处理是可能的;调质后获得100％的回火索氏体不是保证钢的抗硫性能的必要条件。
This article describes the results of an industrial test of 25CrMoTi anti-H_2S oil casing. The possibility of rapid heat treatment of H_2S steel and the microstructure of H_2S tube were discussed. It is pointed out that the rapid heat treatment of H_2S steel is possible. It is not necessary to obtain 100% tempered sorbite after quenching and tempering.
