目的:观察通络醒脑颗粒对急性脑梗死(AC)I患者的疗效及对炎性因子的影响。方法:将76例ACI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例。2组均进行常规治疗,治疗组加用通络醒脑颗粒。治疗14天。记录治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和Barthel评分,检测治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平。结果:经有序资料Ridit分析,治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后NHISS评分均下降(P<0.01),治疗组下降更为显著,并低于对照组(P<0.01);2组治疗后Barthel评分均升高(P<0.01),治疗组上升更明显,并高于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平均下降(P<0.01),治疗组下降更为显著,并低于对照组(P<0.01);2组治疗后血清IL-10水平上升(P<0.01),治疗组上升更明显,并高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:通络醒脑颗粒能调节ACI患者炎性因子表达,减轻炎症介质所致的脑损伤,促进神经功能的恢复,改善患者生活活动能力,临床疗效好,值得推广使用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Tongluo Xingnao Granule on acute cerebral infarction (AC) I patients and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods: 76 patients with ACI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 38 cases each. 2 groups were routine treatment, the treatment group plus Tongluo Xingnao particles. Treatment for 14 days. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score and Barthel score were recorded before and after treatment. Serum levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and IL- 6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels. Results: Ridit analysis showed that the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The NHISS scores of the two groups decreased after treatment (P <0.01), and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group (P <0.01). The Barthel scores of both groups were significantly increased after treatment (P <0.01). The treatment group increased more significantly than the control group (P <0.01). The levels of serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α decreased after treatment in both groups (P <0.01), and the levels of serum IL-6, 10 levels (P <0.01), the treatment group increased more significantly, and higher than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Tongluo Xingnao Granule can regulate the expression of inflammatory cytokines in ACI patients, relieve the brain injury induced by inflammatory mediators, promote the recovery of nerve function and improve the living activities of patients. The clinical effect is worthy of promotion.
