从90年2～5月,我们用博士伦角膜软镜治疗角膜穿通伤10例,男7例,女3例,年龄20～34岁。角膜穿通伤口长2～7mm,多为不规则裂伤。除应用抗生素,扩瞳剂,维生素等药物治疗外,角膜伤口不缝合,直接戴用软镜4人,对角膜伤口复杂,创伤严重者,先行清创缝合包扎,第二天戴入软镜者6人。戴镜时间8～34天,平均16.63天。角膜伤口均愈合良好,无一例因戴镜而发生不良反应。例1 男20岁左眼被铁丝刺伤4小时来
From February to May 1990, we treated 10 cases of corneal penetrating injury with Bausch & Lomb corneal soft lens, 7 males and 3 females, aged 20 to 34 years old. Corneal wound penetration 2 ~ 7mm, mostly irregular laceration. In addition to the application of antibiotics, pupil dilation, vitamins and other drug treatment, the corneal wound is not sutured directly wearing soft mirror 4, corneal wound complex, severe trauma, first debridement sutured dressing, the next day wearing a soft mirror 6 people. Wear glasses time 8 to 34 days, an average of 16.63 days. Corneal wounds healed well, no case of adverse reactions due to wearing glasses. Example 1 male 20-year-old left eye was stabbed wire 4 hours
