2008年是纺织服装行业内外交困的一年。一个很重要的问题就是稳定职工流。一线员工是纺织服装企业职工的主体。为了实现职工流的稳定,激励方式很重要。本文运用委托—代理理论模型分析了服装企业一线员工的激励行为,提出企业应该降低员工的固定激励方式,适当提高对员工的鼓励型激励,使得员工在实现个人目标的同时,企业的效益也达到最大化。
2008 is the textile and garment industry both inside and outside the trapped year. A very important issue is to stabilize worker flow. Front-line staff is the main textile and garment enterprises workers. In order to achieve the stability of workers flow, incentives are important. This paper analyzes the motivational behavior of frontline employees in garment enterprises by using the principal-agent theory model. It is suggested that enterprises should reduce the fixed incentives for employees and raise their incentive incentives appropriately so that the employees achieve their personal goals while achieving the benefits maximize.
