采用自动平衡记录仪观察氧气、氮气对家兔离体肠平滑肌收缩反应的影响。离休肠平滑肌的营养液内通入氧气和氮气均可提高其正常及加乙酰胆碱后的收缩幅度,但肠平滑肌的收缩幅度在氧气组与氮气组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
The effects of oxygen and nitrogen on contractile response of isolated rabbit intestinal smooth muscle were observed by automatic balance recorder. The normal and acetylcholine contraction amplitude of nourishing solution of intestinal smooth muscle was increased by oxygen and nitrogen, but the contraction amplitude of intestinal smooth muscle was not significantly different between oxygen group and nitrogen group (P> 0.05 ).
