浆板机干燥箱刮纸一直是困扰浆板机抄造的一个技术难题。溶解浆半纤维素含量低,浆料浓度低,本身浆板抄造就很困难,在干燥箱内刮纸,易造成生产不能正常运行,生产效率低下。如果产生刮纸就会容易引起断纸,不能提高车速;而且产生的纸毛落入干燥箱内,堵塞散热器,造成干燥箱内部温度不均匀,增加清理工作量。在此,提供一种可以避免刮纸的溶解浆板机干燥
