自 196 0年美国学者海默提出垄断优势理论以来 ,国际经济学界出现了许多有关跨国公司的理论。笔者认为 ,大部分已有理论的共同缺陷是忽视了对运输费用的分析 ,而运费对企业的生产经营起着重要作用。在一般情况下 ,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家 ,只要企业生产的产品有运费 ,产品的市场区不能覆盖全球 ;或其主要原材料存在运费、由海外供应且为损重原料 ,企业就有必要进行跨国经营。
