测定了罗氏海星棘皮的组成成分 ,并用脱毒处理后的海星进行了毒理实验 .海星棘皮干粉中含有 10种必须微量元素 ,脂质含量为 6 .31% ,蛋白质含量为 5 5 .0 1% ,10种必需、半必需氨基酸占所含氨基酸总量的 4 9.82 % .将脱毒处理后的海星棘皮烘干粉碎成粉末 ,掺入牙鲆饵料———冰冻小杂鱼中 ,制成颗粒状饵料喂养牙鲆 .牙鲆生长率、增重及成活率皆显著提高 .
The constituents of the echinoderm of Rosa roxburghii were determined and toxicologically tested with starved detoxified starfish.The dried echinoderm contained 10 essential trace elements with a lipid content of 6.31% and a protein content of 5 5 .0 1 %, 10 kinds of essential and semi-essential amino acids accounted for 4 9.82% of the total amount of amino acids contained.After detoxification dried star anise skin crushed into powder, mixed flounder meal - frozen trash, made of Paralichthys olivaceus feeding flounder Paralichthys olivaceus growth rate, weight gain and survival rate were significantly increased.
