用法莫替丁与雷尼替丁分别治疗消化性溃疡（PU）伴出血病35例4周。结果表明止血有效率分别为97．8％和80．0％；PU治愈率为97．2％和83．9％，法莫替丁治疗效果优于雷尼替丁。
35 cases of peptic ulcer (PU) with hemorrhage were treated with famotidine and ranitidine respectively for 4 weeks. The results showed that the effective rates of hemostasis were 97.8% and 80.0%, respectively. The cure rates of PU were 97.2% and 83.9%, respectively. The efficacy of famotidine was better than that of ranitidine.
