猕猴桃为落叶藤本植物,果实富含维生素 C 等营养物质,是一种很有发展前途的新兴果树。实生繁殖变异性大,雄株比例高达85%以上。中华猕猴桃硬枝扦插生根难,有关单位采用高浓度生长素处理插穗进行扦插试验,曾获80—90%的成活率,但用药量大,成本高,处理的时间长,花工多。为加快发展人工栽培的苗木,提高硬枝扦插的生根成活率,我们在多年试验的基础上,于1987年春进行比较系统的试验,效果显著,现将试验结果简报如下:
Kiwi deciduous vine, fruit rich in vitamin C and other nutrients, is a promising new fruit trees. Large reproductive variability, male ratio as high as 85%. Chinese kiwifruit hardwood cutting rooting difficult, the relevant units of high concentrations of auxin treatment cuttings for cutting experiments, has been 80-90% survival rate, but the dosage, high cost, long processing time, spend more. In order to speed up the development of cultivated seedlings and improve the rooting survival rate of hardwood cutting, we conducted a comparatively systematic test in the spring of 1987 on the basis of years of testing, and the results are remarkable.
