1966年2月8～12日,在情报网中心单位——七一厂主持下,在吉林召开了“首届铁合金情报网会议”。参加这次会议的有:网内成员单位6个;邀请单位9个;及冶金部情报所、《钢铁》编辑部、吉林省、市科委等单位代表共30余人。会议由七一厂董新田、曾宪斌副厂长分别传达了冶金部刘彬副部长在钢铁情报网会议上的讲话和王玉清副部长在冶金部科技情报工作会议上的讲话,并传达了冶金部关于加强冶金科技情报工作的决定。代表们经过充分讨论务虚,一致认为部领导的报告指出了情报人员思想革命化的方向,明确了情报工作是为社会主义建设服务,为阶级斗
February 8 ~ February 1966, in intelligence network center unit - 71 plants under the auspices of, held in Jilin, “the first ferroalloy information network meeting.” Attend this meeting are: 6 member units within the network; 9 invited units; and the Ministry of Metallurgical Information, “Steel” editorial department, Jilin Province, Science and Technology Commission and other units a total of more than 30 people. At the meeting, Deputy Director Dong Xintian and Zeng Xianbin of Qiyi Plant conveyed the speech of Vice Minister Liu Bin of Metallurgical Department on the meeting of Iron and Steel Intelligence Network and the speech of Vice Minister Wang Yuqing at the Scientific and Technical Information Work Meeting of Metallurgical Department respectively, and conveyed the opinions of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry about strengthening Metallurgical science and technology intelligence decision. After fully discussing the retreat, the deputies agreed that the report of the ministry leadership pointed out the direction of revolutionizing the intelligence personnel’s ideology and made it clear that the intelligence work serves the socialist construction and serves as a platform for class struggle
