大部分购房人都不知道贷款买的房屋是不是可以转让,其实根据中国人民银行《个人住房按揭贷款办法》的规定,在按揭期的房屋是可以转让的。那么,房屋转让时,购房人也就是贷款人怎么办理相关的变贷手续呢?
