目的:探讨c-myc基因产物在乳腺不典型增生和乳腺癌中的变化及其意义。方法:用ABC免疫组化法检测正常乳腺、乳腺囊性增生病不典型增生和乳腺癌细胞c-myc基因产物表达。结果:正常乳腺上皮细胞和乳腺囊性增生病上皮增生Ⅰ级者均无c-myc癌基因蛋白表达。不典型增生和乳腺癌组织分化Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级中c-myc癌基因蛋白染色阳性率分别为15.0%、38.5%、64.3%和69.2%。结论:c-myc基因的异常改变可能是部分不典型增生细胞异常增生的原因或促进因素,是乳腺上皮细胞向恶性转化的标志之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes and significance of c-myc gene product in atypical hyperplasia and breast cancer. METHODS: The expression of c-myc gene product in normal breast, atypical hyperplasia of breast cystic hyperplasia, and breast cancer cells was detected by ABC immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: There was no expression of c-myc oncogene protein in normal breast epithelial cells and epithelial hyperplasia I of breast cystic hyperplasia. The positive rates of c-myc oncoprotein staining in grades I, II, and III of atypical hyperplasia and breast cancer tissue differentiation were 15.0%, 38.5%, 64.3%, and 69.2%, respectively. Conclusion: The abnormal change of c-myc gene may be the cause or promotion factor of abnormal proliferation of some atypical hyperplasia cells, and it is one of the markers of malignant transformation of mammary epithelial cells.
