目的总结右心粘液瘤围手术期的外科治疗经验。方法复习我院1980年2月至2004年11月收治的15例右心粘液瘤患者的围手术期的外科治疗资料。结果1例入院后发生急性肺动脉栓塞死亡。14例接受手术,均治愈出院,其中2例术后并发低心排血量综合征。结论针对右心粘液瘤围手术期的治疗特点,采取相应的治疗措施,可以获得满意的治疗效果。
Objective To summarize the experience of perioperative surgical treatment of right heart myxoma. Methods The perioperative surgical treatment data of 15 patients with right heart myxoma treated in our hospital from February 1980 to November 2004 were retrospectively reviewed. Results One patient died of acute pulmonary embolism after admission. Fourteen patients underwent surgery and were cured. Two of them were complicated with low cardiac output syndrome. Conclusion According to the characteristics of perioperative treatment of right heart myxoma, appropriate treatment can be obtained by taking appropriate treatment.
