我们代表全黑龙江省六百万人民,坚决一致地拥护政协全国委员会第三次会议「关于抗美援朝工作的决议」,并尽最大的努力,使这七项决议全面彻底迅速的实现,兹根据本省具体情况,特作如下决定:一、继续加强抗美援朝运动,做好一切有关抗美援朝和巩固国防的工作。继续深入开展爱国主义教育,做到家喻户晓,人人明白;提前完成并超过捐献飞机、大炮的计划;深入检查优抚工作,旧历正月上半月展开慰问检查运动,保证军属生活不低于一般群众的生活水平,普及爱国公约运动,提高人民政治觉悟。
On behalf of the 6 million people in all Heilongjiang Provinces, we firmly and unanimously uphold the “Resolution on Resisting U.S.A.Unid Korea and North Korea” at the Third Session of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Committee. We will do our utmost to fully and promptly implement these seven resolutions. We should make the following special decisions: First, we will continue to intensify the anti-USR-Korea movement and do all we can about the war to resisting U.S. aggression and support Korea and consolidate national defense. Continue to conduct patriotism education in depth so that everyone will know it well; complete and surpass the plan to donate aircraft and artillery in advance; conduct an in-depth examination of the special care work and start the sympathy inspection exercise in the first half of the first lunar month to ensure that the life of the military dependents is not less than that of the general public Level, popularize patriotic convention movement, raise people’s political consciousness.
