修订城市居民委员会组织法(以下简称城市居委会组织法)已列入第十一届全国人大常委会立法规划。全国人大内司委建议,民政部根据最近中央印发的关于加强和改进居委会建设的精神,抓紧城市居委会组织法的修改工作。
The revision of the Organic Law of the Urban Residents Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Law of the Urban Residential Committees) has been included in the legislative plan of the Eleventh National People’s Congress. The National People’s Congress Internal Planning Commission suggested that the Ministry of Civil Affairs pay close attention to the revision of the Organic Law of Urban Residential Committees in light of the recent Central Government’s announcement on strengthening and improving the construction of neighborhood committees.
