The book “History of Chinese Society” (volumes, 12,000,000 words), edited by Professor Zhou Jiaming and Song Dejin and edited by Professor Guo Ying and edited by Professor Guo Ying, was pushed by historians to be the field of Chinese social history research in the past 20 years The concluding achievement, is “the representative works of contemporary New History of thought”. After the publication of the book, the academic community responded enthusiastically, and several well-known scholar of this journal discussed the academic value and publishing significance of the book in the form of a written discussion.
