本刊讯 陕西省企业改革、管理、创新工作会议于５月１７日至１８日在西安召开。陕西省副省长巩德顺，省长助理、省经贸委主任张海南作了重要讲话。这次会议的主要任务是：深入贯彻党的十五届四中全会和省委九届三次全会精神，传达贯彻国家经贸委召开的全国企业改革与管理工作?
This issue of the Shaanxi Provincial Enterprise Reform, Management, and Innovation Conference was held in Xi’an from May 17th to 18th. Deputy Governor of Shaanxi Province Gong Deshun, assistant to the governor and director of the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission Zhang Hainan made an important speech. The main tasks of the conference are: to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee and the 3rd Plenary Session of the 9th Provincial Party Committee, and to communicate and implement the national enterprise reform and management work convened by the State Economic and Trade Commission?
