用电石粉作增碳剂 ,AD粉作脱硫剂 ,对高钛渣冶炼半钢进行了增碳脱硫试验研究 ,结果表明 :半钢在 1 5 5 0℃增碳处理 ,含碳量由 2 .0 2 8%增至 3.0 39% ;在 1 5 30℃脱硫处理 ,含硫量由 0 .2 61 %减至 0 .0 1 9% ;半钢经增碳脱硫处理后可用作炼钢生铁和铸造生产生铁 ,并有较好的经济效益。
Using calcium carbide powder as carbon promoter and AD powder as desulfurizer, carbon addition and desulfurization test was carried out on the high-titanium slag smelting steel. The results show that the semi-steel increases carbon content at 1550 ℃, From 0 2 8% to 3.0 39%. The desulfurization treatment at 15-30 ℃ reduced the sulfur content from 0.221% to 0.019%. After the semi-steel was treated with carbon desulfurization, it could be used as steel-making pig iron And cast iron production, and have better economic benefits.
