基于DEFORM-3D有限元平台,建立了304不锈钢环件热辗轧的三维有限元模型。对304不锈钢热辗轧过程的宏观规律进行了模拟研究,分析了某规格304不锈钢环件热辗轧工艺过程中金属流动、载荷变化、环件锻透、坯料金属损伤等的变化规律。这些结果能为制定304不锈钢环件热辗轧工艺、提高环件质量和精细化控制提供理论依据。
Based on DEFORM-3D finite element platform, a three-dimensional finite element model of hot rolling of 304 stainless steel rings was established. The macroscopic regularity of hot rolling process of 304 stainless steel was simulated. The variation regularity of metal flow, load change, forging of ring, and metal damage of blank during the hot rolling process of 304 stainless steel ring was analyzed. These results can provide a theoretical basis for the development of 304 stainless steel ring hot rolling process, improve ring quality and fine control.
