2009年6月13日、14日,“少年司法改革与宽严相济——未成年人轻罪记录消灭制度理论与实践研讨会”在上海召开。上海市浦东新区、闵行、长宁区人民检察院未成年人案件刑事检察部门的检察官和山东省青岛市李沧区、四川省彭州市人民法院的法官分别介绍了实践中的做法,引起了专家及与会人员的极大关注。本次研讨会由中央综治委预防青少年违法犯罪工作领导小组办公室、最高人民检察院侦查监督厅、中国青少年犯罪研究会、华东政法大学、上海市人民检察院共同主办。新华社、中新社在内的十余家媒体,对此次研讨会进行了报道。检察风云杂志社对此次会议进行了全程跟踪报道。
