目的:检测食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和水通道蛋白1(AQP1)蛋白的表达。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测62例ESCC及其相应正常食管黏膜组织中HIF-1α和AQP1蛋白的表达。结果:ESCC组织中HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率为80.6%(50/62),高于正常食管黏膜组织中的19.4%(12/62)(χ2=30.083,P<0.001),并与ESCC组织学分级、TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(χ2=9.939、6.681和5.787,P均<0.05);ESCC组织中AQP1蛋白阳性表达率为61.3%(38/62),高于正常食管黏膜组织中的38.7%(24/62)(χ2=4.900,P=0.029),与ESCC组织学分级、TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(χ2=9.102、9.836和8.020,P均<0.05);ESCC组织中HIF-1α与AQP1蛋白的表达有关联(rP=0.292,P=0.016)。结论:高表达的HIF-1α和AQP1与ES-CC的发生发展有关。
Objective: To detect the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and aquaporin 1 (AQP1) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods: The expressions of HIF-1α and AQP1 protein in 62 cases of ESCC and its corresponding normal esophageal mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive rate of HIF-1α protein in ESCC was 80.6% (50/62), which was higher than that in normal esophageal mucosa (19.4%, 12/62) (χ2 = 30.083, P <0.001) (Χ2 = 9.939, 6.681 and 5.787, P <0.05). The positive rate of AQP1 protein in ESCC tissues was 61.3% (38/62), which was higher than that in normal esophageal mucosa (Χ2 = 4.900, P = 0.029), which was associated with histological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 9.102,9.836 and 8.020, all P <0.05) AQP1 protein expression (rP = 0.292, P = 0.016). Conclusion: High expression of HIF-1α and AQP1 are associated with the occurrence and development of ES-CC.
