目的 检测预防措施对正畸儿童龋病的影响。方法 对３１ 名正畸儿童采取适当龋病预防措施后，观察其龋蚀活性变化。结果 采取预防措施后无新龋发生，唾液变链菌有显著性下降。结论 对正畸儿童采取龋病预防措施可有效防治龋病。
Objective To investigate the effect of preventive measures on dental caries in orthodontic children. Methods Twenty-three children with orthodontics were enrolled in this study. After caries prevention measures were taken, their cariogenic activity was observed. Results No caries was found after taking precautionary measures. Streptococcus salivarius had a significant decrease. Conclusion Preventive measures against dental caries in orthodontic children are effective.
