在当今的世界,中美两国的地缘关系已不仅仅是传统意义上的国与国之间的关系了,美国是西方发达国家的代表,而中国则向征着一大批具有活力的新兴市场经济的国家或发展中国家,中美两国之间寻求新的对话机制已超越了双边关系的范畴,而实际上则是开辟了两个利益团体之间的对话机制,在一定意义上中美对话机制将对全球经济秩序的维护和稳定发挥重要作用。因此,中美间建立对话机制,不仅体现了中美战略与经济关系,也为国际间解决贸易争端树立了新的典范。
In today’s world, the geopolitical relations between China and the United States have become more than just the relations between countries in the traditional sense.
