6-溴苯并噻唑偶氮萘酚(缩写为Br-BTAN)能与镉形成1:2的螯合物,曾用于水中痕量镉的测定。此试剂亦与锌、铜生成有色络合物。本文报导用Br-BTAN萃取光度法联合测定锌、镉、铜的条件及螯合物的组成等。实验表明,锌、镉和铜均与试剂生成1:2的螯合物,最大吸收波长在570~590毫微米处,摩尔吸收系数分别为7.0×10~4、5.8×10~4、3.8×10~4。三元素的联合萃取光度法已试用于数种水样的分析,操作简便,可不用氰化钾,检出限分别为3、5、2微克/升;标准偏差分别为±0.12、±0.1和±0.053。
6-bromobenzothiazolylazoaphthol (abbreviated as Br-BTAN) can form a 1: 2 chelate with cadmium and has been used for the determination of trace cadmium in water. This reagent also produces colored complexes with zinc and copper. In this paper, Br-BTAN extraction spectrophotometric determination of zinc, cadmium, copper conditions and chelate composition and so on. The experimental results show that zinc, cadmium and copper all produce 1: 2 chelate with the reagent, the maximum absorption wavelength is 570-590 nm and the molar absorption coefficients are 7.0 × 10-4.5.8 × 10-4 and 3.8 × 10 ~ 4. The three-element combined extraction spectrophotometry has been tested in several water samples for simple and convenient operation without the use of potassium cyanide with detection limits of 3,5 and 2 μg / L respectively. The standard deviations are ± 0.12 and ± 0.1 and ± 0.053.
