上海石化二届二次党员代表会议强调,要认真学习贯彻党的十七大精神,以科学发展观为统领,以“两个服务”为要求,充分发挥各级党组织的政治优势、组织优势和群众工作优势,全面巩固和发展先进性教育活动成果,进一步加强基层党组织和党员队伍建设,在注重制度建设中,着力推进企业党内民主。
The Second Session of the CPC Shanghai Petrochemical Meeting emphasized that it is necessary to conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, take the scientific outlook on development as the guide and “two services” as the requirements and give full play to the political advantages of party organizations at all levels.
