The report of the 17th CPC National Congress is not only a political declaration and program of action for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also an example of contemporary official document writing. Among them, the second part of the report “the great historical process of reform and opening up ” is one of the most distinctive parts of the use of language arts.
