小组工作是社会工作三大方法之一,青少年小组工作在国内目前应用的也相对比较广泛,包括朋辈小组、成长小组、兴趣小组等等多种形式。然而由于我国的国情和社会条件的限制,小组工作在具体的实务操作过程中,存在很多方法和原则方面的困境,笔者根据在西安F机构青少年小组中的工作经历,以此为例,总结了目前国内绝大多数青少年小组工作可能遇到的困难,包括组员招募的困难、专业关系建立及维系的困难,总结分享的困难和结案的困难。 Group work is one of the three major methods of social work. However, due to the restriction of the national conditions and social conditions in our country, there are many difficulties in the methods and principles of the group work in the concrete practical operation process. Based on the working experience in the youth group in the Xi’an F institution, the author summarizes At present, the difficulties that most juvenile groups in China may encounter include difficulties in recruiting team members, difficulties in establishing and maintaining professional relationships, and summing up difficulties in sharing and settling cases.
