针对较长花键轴上装有多个齿轮的内、外花键的加工问题,进行了工艺分析,并采取工艺基准转化等措施,解决了轴与各齿轮装配难题。
Aiming at the machining problems of the inner and outer splines with a plurality of gears on the longer spline shaft, the technological analysis was carried out and the measures such as the process reference transformation were adopted to solve the assembly problem of the shafts and the gears.
