目的 探讨CT引导下骨骼病灶穿刺活检的价值和方法。方法 在CT引导下用骨穿刺活检针对 5 7例骨骼病变进行穿刺活检。结果 5 7例均经病理证实 ,穿刺准确率 94 7% ,未引起严重并发症和后遗症。结论 CT引导下行骨骼病变穿刺活检是一种安全可靠的方法。
Objective To investigate the value and method of CT guided bone biopsy. Methods Percutaneous biopsy was performed on 57 cases of skeletal lesions using CT guided bone biopsy. Results All 57 cases were confirmed by pathology and the puncture accuracy was 94.7%, which did not cause serious complications and sequelae. Conclusion CT guided bone biopsy biopsy is a safe and reliable method.
