目的对某煤矿职业病危害因素,评价采取的职业病防护措施效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查法、检测检验法、检查表法等方法进行定性和定量评价。结果生产过程中产生的主要职业危害因素:粉尘、化学毒物、噪声。检测22个粉尘作业地点,合格作业点数14个,合格率63.6%;巡检岗位个体呼吸行粉尘浓度,检测9岗位,合格6个点,合格率为66.7%。对井下综采15个工作场面等进行了硫化氢、二氧化碳及一氧化碳(执行标准分别为GBZT160.33-2004 GBZ 2-2002 GBZ/T160.28-2004)测试,均符合GBZ2.2-2007化学有害因素接触限值的要求。对该煤矿29个工作面等工作场所进行了噪声测定,合格点数21,合格率为72.4%,最大值108.1Db(A)。该项目的选择、总平面布置、工艺、设备布局、建筑物卫生学要求等符合国家有关法规要求。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果基本符合要求,但粉尘、噪声的危害仍不容忽视。
Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational disease prevention measures on the hazard factors of occupational diseases in a coal mine. Methods The methods of on-the-spot occupational hygiene investigation, test and test, checklist and other methods were used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards generated in the production process: dust, chemical poisons, noise. Twenty-two dust locations were detected. There were 14 qualified operation points with a passing rate of 63.6%. Individual respirators in the inspection posts were exposed to dust concentration, 9 were tested and 6 were qualified, with a pass rate of 66.7%. Hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide were tested for 15 workplaces in fully mechanized underground coal mining (the implementation standards were GBZT160.33-2004 GBZ 2-2002 GBZ / T160.28-2004 respectively), all of which were in compliance with GBZ2.2-2007 Chemical Hazard Factor Exposure Requirements. The work of 29 coal mines and other workplaces carried out noise measurement, passing points 21, with a pass rate of 72.4% and a maximum of 108.1Db (A). The choice of the project, the general layout, technology, equipment layout, building hygiene requirements in line with relevant state laws and regulations. Conclusion The control effect of occupational hazards in the construction project basically meets the requirements, but the hazards of dust and noise still can not be ignored.
