：
目的 了解应用硬膜外分娩镇痛产妇的体验感受及镇痛效果,为临床护理人员对其进行心理支持和健康教育提供依据.方法 通过访谈形式收集10例应用硬膜外分娩镇痛的产妇的个案资料

目的 了解应用硬膜外分娩镇痛产妇的体验感受及镇痛效果,为临床护理人员对其进行心理支持和健康教育提供依据.方法 通过访谈形式收集10例应用硬膜外分娩镇痛的产妇的个案资料,将获得的信息进行分析、整理、提出主题.结果 硬膜外分娩镇痛方式受到大多数产妇及家属的好评.镇痛效果明显;尤其对腹部宫缩痛效果显著,部分产妇感觉减轻腰部痛稍差,大部分产妇对其副作用缺乏了解.应用分娩镇痛产妇有了心理寄托,减轻紧张,精神放松,增加了分娩过程的幸福感.结论 硬膜外分娩镇痛是受产妇欢迎的镇痛模式,体现了产科服务的人文关怀,护理人员还需利用有效渠道,将相关的知识、信息,更早、更多的提供给孕产妇做到充分知情选择.
