随着数控技术的飞速发展,数控技术人员的需求量不断增加,使得各普通高校及成人高校纷纷开设了数控技术专业或相关课程,但数控技术及应用这门课程有其特殊性,大量的编程命令及高深的专业术语,仅靠课堂上的理论讲解同学很难理解,必须要经过大量的实践过程来加深对理论教学的理解,但由于数控设备价格非常昂贵,各校因购置设备资金的限制,很难达到教学对设备的要求,数控加工仿真软件的出现,为我们顺利实施实训教学起到一个推进作用,但加工仿真软件在使用过程所出现的一些问题,给我们的教学工作带来了一定的困难,如何解决这些问题是我们这次研究的重点。
